How it will be if you get to know that your sent email has been read by recipients. You are thinking that how it is possible? Is there any software need? No need any software installation. It is possible just using Gmail scripts. Gmail always facilitate their user and do some something new and magical. What do to? You should create a Google analytic account using your Gmail account here (Google Analytic). When recipient open your sent email one small file will be downloaded in recipient’s computer which send acknowledgment to sender. this is the all idea behind this service.
1- Compose an email as you normally compose, write your message and also you can attach file. Once email is ready do not send it. For testing purpose use another email account as a recipient, os that you can easily test it.
2- Now go to Google docs (Google sheet), this one of the best script written by Digital Inspiration. Click on “Email Tracker” from menu, and choose “initialize”. Script will ask you for authorization, just authorize it.
3- After authorization, Click on same “email Tracker” from menu and choose “send email, select your email which you have saved in draft and enter your Google analytic Id, which you will find in your analytic account. Click send button within few second your email will be delivered.
4- Go to Google analytic and select from “event” under standard report from left menu. Open your another email account to which you have sent email, open received email. After opening email go to Google analytic page under same menu (Standard report – Event). You will see on your right that “Open Email”.
